. There is established in the State Treasury the California Fire and Arson Training Fund. All revenue collected pursuant to Section 13159.8 shall be paid into this fund and these moneys shall be available when appropriated by the Legislature for the office of the State Fire Marshal to carry out the provisions of this article.
