. The vote shall be by ballot, without reference to the general law in regard to form of ballot. The ballot shall contain the words "Bonds--Yes" and "Bonds--No," and the person voting at the election shall put a cross (+) upon his ballot after the "Yes" or "No" to indicate whether he has voted for or against the bonds.
