Under rules and regulations adopted by the Adjutant General, the Adjutant General may purchase uniforms for the members of the California Cadet Corps, including caps, helmets, liners, shirts, trousers, belts, jackets, skirts, blouses, ties, and leggings. The Adjutant General, with the approval of the Department of Finance, may annually determine the uniform cost per cadet.
