. The election shall be called by publishing notice calling the election pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code not less than 20 days before the election. Said notice need only specify the time and place of the election, the hours during which the polls will be open, the purpose of the election, and the description of the exterior boundaries of the proposed district as determined by the board of supervisors.
