Section 11512 Of Chapter 3. Automobile Dismantlers From California Vehicle Code >> Division 5. >> Chapter 3.

. (a) Upon refusal of the department to issue a license to an automobile dismantler the applicant shall be entitled to demand in writing a hearing before the director or his representative within 60 days after notice of refusal.
  (b) The hearing shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
