Reverse When registered this warrant bears interest at the rate of __ percent per year, computed from the date of registration hereof. This warrant will outlaw and cannot legally be paid four years after date, unless it is payable by its terms at a future date. Pay to ____ or order ____. Demand warrants shall be presented to the county treasurer, and, if not paid on presentation, shall be registered and an endorsement of nonpayment made thereon.
Demand warrants not paid on presentation shall bear interest from date of registration at the rate adopted by the board, pursuant to Section 53300.
Demand warrants registered for nonpayment shall be paid by the county treasurer either in the order of registration or in the order agreed to, in writing, by all of the holders of the district's outstanding demand warrants, if the county treasurer approves the agreement.
