. The following constitutes a marine life refuge and shall be
designated as the Laguna Beach Marine Life Refuge:
That portion of District 19 consisting of that certain parcel of
land bounded by a line commencing at the mean high tide of the
Pacific Ocean lying on the northern boundary of the City of Laguna
Beach and running for a distance of 600 feet into the Pacific Ocean
along that boundary, and thence generally southeastward and generally
parallel to the shoreline at a distance of approximately 600 feet to
the northern boundary of the South Laguna Beach Marine Life Refuge,
and thence generally northeastward for a distance of approximately
700 feet to the mean high tide, and thence generally northwestward
along the line of mean high tide to the point of beginning.
