The director shall adopt regulations for carrying out this
chapter.
The director shall enforce this chapter where any poultry
meat is packed, repacked, cut up, or recut. The director and the
commissioners of each county, under the supervision of the director,
shall enforce this chapter where any poultry meat is sold.
