. In addition to the standards for milk and milk products which are adopted pursuant to this division, the director may adopt separate standards and labeling requirements for any milk or milk product to which is added a food product of a kind which is not derived from milk and for which combination of the food product with milk or milk products no standard has been established or otherwise provided for in this division.
