Article 3. Reduced-fat Milk of California Food And Agricultural Code >> Division 15. >> Part 3. >> Chapter 5. >> Article 3.
Reduced-fat milk is a market milk product. It shall contain
not less than 1.9 percent milk fat, not more than 2.1 percent milk
fat, and not less than 10 percent of milk solids not fat.
Except as otherwise provided in this article, reduced-fat
milk shall meet all standards and requirements that are specified in
this division for market milk. It shall be labeled "reduced-fat milk."
