. Extra grade edible dry whey is the product which results by
spray drying sweet, fresh cheese whey which has been pasteurized,
either before or during the process of manufacture at a temperature
of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or its equivalent in
bacterial destruction, and to which no alkali or other chemical has
been added.
