. The maximum standard plate count for modified dry whey shall
not exceed 50,000 per gram, and the maximum coliform bacteria count
shall not exceed 10 per gram. All other chemical, physical, and
bacteriological standards for modified dry whey shall be consistent
with, but shall not exceed, requirements established under the
Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
