. Flavored nonfat skim or fat-free milk shall contain not more than twenty hundredths of 1 percent of milk fat, and shall otherwise meet all standards and requirements that are specified in this division for skim milk, nonfat milk or fat-free milk, and which are specified in Section 38651.
