Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in
this article govern the construction of this chapter.
"Processing purposes" means tomatoes intended for the
commercial production of processed products such as sliced, diced,
quartered, halved, and whole tomatoes, tomato paste, puree, pulp,
catsup, sauce, tomatoes in oil, juice, powder, flakes, and similar
manufactured tomato products.
"Committee" means the Processing Tomato Advisory Committee.
