. (a) The filing fee for a request for special notice pursuant
to Sections 1250, 2700, and 17204 of the Probate Code is forty
dollars ($40). This fee shall be in addition to any other fee charged
for a paper filed concurrently with a request for special notice.
(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2019, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2019, deletes or extends that date.
