The Siskiyou County Municipal Court District shall supersede the Western, Southeastern, and Dorris/Tulelake Judicial Districts and shall embrace the entire County of Siskiyou.

The court shall maintain facilities at Yreka, Dorris, Weed, and other locations determined by the court. The court shall determine the nature and frequency of sessions to be held at additional court locations.
