. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, the following advisory bodies are hereby abolished:
  (1) Ethics and Advertising Committee in Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair.
  (2) Bureau of Automotive Repair Advisory Board.
  (3) Training Course Advisory Board.
  (4) Collection Agency Board in Bureau of Collection and Investigative Services.
  (5) Advisory Board on Private Security Services.
  (6) Private Security Task Force Guard in Bureau of Collection and Investigative Services.
  (7) Private Security Task Force Disciplinary Review Committees in Bureau of Collection and Investigative Services.
  (8) State Board of Cosmetology Advisory Committee on Inspections and Disciplinary Review.

  (b) As used in this chapter, "advisory body" means any committee, council, task force, board, panel, or other governmental entity.
