. The general officers of the Assembly whose names and titles shall appear on the frontpiece of all publications sponsored in whole or in part by the Assembly, are:
  (a) The Speaker
  (b) The Speaker pro Tempore
  (c) The Majority Floor Leader
  (d) The Minority Floor Leader
  (e) The Chief Clerk.
