. (a) If used, dry cleaning methods such as brushing,
scraping, and vacuuming shall contact only surfaces that are soiled
with dry nonpotentially hazardous food residues.
(b) Cleaning equipment used in dry cleaning food-contact surfaces
shall not be used for any other purpose.
