Chapter 1. General Provisions of California Health And Safety Code >> Division 31. >> Part 11. >> Chapter 1.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2002.

As used in this part, the following terms have the following meanings:
  (a) "Committee" means the Housing Finance Committee created pursuant to Section 53524.
  (b) "Fund" means the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund created pursuant to Section 53520.
