. The court may order an amount deposited in a financial
institution, as provided in Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 9700)
of Part 5, that would be payable if a debt that is contingent,
disputed, or not due, were absolute, established, or due. The order
shall provide that the amount deposited is subject to withdrawal only
upon authorization of the court, to be paid to the creditor when the
debt becomes absolute, established, or due, or to be distributed in
the manner provided in Section 11642 if the debt does not become
absolute or established.
