A transferor who has the capacity to contract may revoke a
revocable transfer on death deed at any time.
(a) An instrument revoking a revocable transfer on death deed
shall be executed and recorded before the transferor's death in the
same manner as execution and recordation of a revocable transfer on
death deed.
(b) Joinder, consent, or agreement of, or notice to, the
beneficiary is not required for revocation of a revocable transfer on
death deed.
