Section 130054 Of Chapter 2. Creation Of Commissions From California Public Utilities Code >> Division 12. >> Chapter 2.

. The San Bernardino County Transportation Commission shall be the San Bernardino Associated Governments, consisting of the following members:
  (a) Five members of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.
  (b) The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino.
  (c) One member from each of the other incorporated cities of San Bernardino County, who shall be a mayor or a city councilman.
  (d) One nonvoting member appointed by the Governor.
