Article 2. Borrowing To Purchase Electricity of California Public Utilities Code >> Division 6. >> Chapter 7.5. >> Article 2.

A district may borrow money and incur indebtedness for the purchasing of electricity; provided, that the maximum principal amount of indebtedness outstanding under this article shall not at any one time exceed twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000).

All provisions of this chapter not inconsistent with this article and not by their terms made inapplicable thereto shall apply to all evidences of indebtedness issued under this article.
