. "Association" means any corporation which is organized pursuant to this chapter. An association is incorporated or organized pursuant to this chapter and is a producer of gas within the meaning of this chapter if it is functioning under, or is subject to, this chapter, regardless of whether it was originally incorporated pursuant to this chapter or was incorporated under other provisions of law.
