. In precincts which lie only partly within a district, the precinct board shall be supplied with two kinds of ballots by the county elections official, one of which shall contain the matters set forth in Section 71461 for the use of voters of the district, and the other of which shall not contain the matters set forth in Section 71461 and shall be furnished to those voters of the precinct who are not voters of the district.
