Article 1. Flood Protection Account of California Water Code >> Division 26. >> Chapter 5. >> Article 1.

For the purposes of this chapter, "account" means the Flood Protection Account created by Section 79031.

The Flood Protection Account is hereby created in the fund. The sum of two hundred ninety-two million dollars ($292,000,000) is hereby transferred from the fund to the account.
