Article 1. Watershed Protection Account of California Water Code >> Division 26. >> Chapter 6. >> Article 1.

For the purposes of this chapter, "account" means the Watershed Protection Account created by Section 79071.

The Watershed Protection Account is hereby created in the fund. The sum of four hundred sixty-eight million dollars ($468,000,000) is hereby transferred from the fund to the account.
